Richard Shaw
The team behind Phoenician Industries, LLC has diverse backgrounds.
The partners are professionals who know what it takes
to create a successful venture and also utilize the system in the
course of their work.
Senior Partner, Richard Shaw, has extensive experience in Finance and Fundraising. He served
for 12 years as a board member and President of a Public Finance
agency which issued over 3 billion dollars in tax exempt financing
to private entities, and operated his own commercial mortgage brokerage
firm for several years. As a property developer, his company engaged
in equity and debt financing exceeding 500 million, and as a consultant
he provided financial advice to both private businesses and local
government. He has experience with many business startups, in many
different fields. While primary focus has been the United States,
his international experience includes Mexico, Egypt, United Kingdom,
and Former Soviet Union.
In addition to business, Richard has participated in many public
service activities, including military service (Naval Aviation,
Viet Nam era), public finance, elected school board member, and
several citizen advisory boards to State and Local Government. He
currently serves on advisory boards for two large Universities,
and for several years has provided privatization consulting in the
former Soviet Union. He currently serves as President of the Arizona
Historical Society, a State Agency.
Although business has been his primary career focus, Richard has
academic training in Law and Government. He holds a Masters Degree
in Public Administration from Harvard University (with Honors),
and is an active member of the California Bar Association.
Kenneth Zrike

He has launched several successful entrepreneurial companies in Real Estate Management
(sold); Travel/Tour & Event Management; Web Technology Education (sold); Sports Training
Academy; and Web Software Development/Hosting. These firms include Security Building
Maintenance (SBM), Gamma International, The East/West International Institute (educational,
cross-cultural, Web applications boarding academy), the BCTA (youth tennis academy) and
USA-HighTech.
He founded and expanded the Japanese branch of the The American Institute of Stress
(the world's leading Stress education/research/management organization) as its Executive
Director.
He co-founded with his brother, Chris, The East/West International Institute in Japan and
New York. In 1994, the Institute built a 14-acre boarding campus in upstate New York, which
was recognized and governed by the New York Dept. of Education. This was the first such
private academy in the world that provided education in Web design/development, eCommerce
and Internet marketing. The Institute's first press release in 1995 touted the vast
business potential of the Web's "social pool".
Most recently, he is a founder and architect of the HubHuman Social Media "Decentralized"
Platform as a Service (PaaS) & Software as a Service (SaaS) technological solution.
He majored in Business Administration at Arizona State University.
Christopher Zrike

He has been the founder and developer of several successful entrepreneurial firms, some co-founded
and developed with his brother, Ken Zrike. His senior management impacts have been in the Media
Broadcast (award-winning film, television and video productions) and the Travel/Tour & Event
Management industry sectors, including Triad Productions, Gamma International, and as an investor
& board member of Go-Video, before and after it went public.
Earlier, he gained experience in the family-owned General Service Studios (Hollywood Center Studios
now), full service television and feature film studios in Los Angeles, CA.
Most recently, he is a founder and architect of the HubHuman Social Media "Decentralized" Platform
as a Service (PaaS) & Software as a Service (SaaS) technological solution.
He attended Arizona State University.
